We are looking for software developers in Tampere and Helsinki. If you are passionate about creating great software, read on.

What we do

We are currently a company of eighteen. We work on customer projects either on-site or in our office, usually preferring the latter. Our projects are of two kinds: one-week “ProtoSonni” — which is as exciting and testosterone-filled as you can imagine — and longer, more traditional projects. Most of us work on both kinds, though not at the same time.

How we work

We want more than to just create great code: we want to create great software for real needs. To do so, we mix different skills: software developers, interaction designers, and others into a single development team. We use methods such as goal-directed design and prototyping to make sure our designs answer our customers’ needs.

On the technology front, our usual weapons of choice are high productivity tools such as Node.js, CoffeeScript, Ruby on Rails, Scala, and Haskell. However, choosing the most appropriate technology is important: when the situation calls for Java, we will use Java.

Who we are

Culture is important to us: we trust each other, we speak with candor, and we try to constantly improve ourselves. We always aim to create a “wow!” experience for the customer, and we usually succeed. That’s why we are proud of our work and have fun doing it.
